Presentations

Thank you for being a presenter at APS4CS 2024!

Instructions for Speakers:

• Contributed talks are 12 min + 2 min for Q&A
• Please either bring a laptop with your talk loaded or bring your talk as .ppt or .pdf on a USB drive to the meeting and upload it to the presentation computer in the room where you will be speaking.
• Talks should be named in the forma SESSION_Number_Lastname, e.g. Z01_02_Montano.ppt
• You can upload your talk to the presentation computer at the start of the meeting or during one of the breaks.
• We can only support ppt or pdf format.

Instructions for Poster Presenters:

• Please bring a printed poster with you to the meeting, we do not have the capability to print your poster for you here at the meeting.
• The recommended poster size is 42 inches by 42 inches (posters larger than 42 x 42 will not fit on the boards).
